Greenwich Communities - Full Gut Rehab and Exterior Upgrade
The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich dba Greenwich Communities (HATG) is looking for firms to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for full gut renovation and exterior upgrade of two, three-story apartment family style buildings, with a total of 54 units, in Greenwich, Connecticut. The hired firm will provide for all aspects of a complete job.
The RFQ’s are due at the HATG, 249 Milbank Ave. Greenwich, CT 06830 on February 16th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. As this is an RQF, there will be no public bid opening.
A mandatory site review will take place January 5th @ 10:30 AM at Armstrong Court off Hamilton Ave, Greenwich, CT.

5% Bid Bond is required. 100% Performance and Material Bonds will be required.
No bid shall be withdrawn for (90) days.
